Evolve Homes Queensland is a fast growing residential building company based in South East Queensland, Australia.
We specialise in fixed price full turn key homes with premium inclusions and a 16 week express building program. We are focused on quality, speed, strong systems, and excellent client service.
The Role
We are looking for an Expert Virtual Assistant with real construction administration experience, preferably supporting an Australian builder or construction business.
This is a full time, long term role. We need someone organised, proactive, detail focused, and confident working in a fast paced construction environment.
This is not an entry level admin role.
You must already understand how to support a busy team, manage documents, follow up stakeholders, and keep projects moving.
Important:
We are not accepting applicants who currently have multiple clients or other jobs.
This is an exclusive full time role. You must be fully available during work hours and able to commit your full focus to our business.

Responsibilities
• Provide day to day admin support to the construction team
• Manage calendars, follow ups, meeting coordination, and general team support
• Prepare, send, file, and track construction documents
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and timelines
• Coordinate with suppliers, trades, contractors, and internal staff
• Help track project progress and flag missing items or delays
• Support reporting, document control, and project systems
• Assist with presentations, spreadsheets, and general operations admin
• Help ensure nothing slips through the cracks across active jobs
Requirements
• Proven experience in construction admin, project coordination, or similar support role
• Strong preference for experience with Australian builders, trades, or construction companies
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process exactly
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
• Confident using CRMs, project management tools, and cloud based systems
• Good understanding of construction terminology and workflows
• Professional, reliable, responsive, and proactive
• Stable internet, reliable computer, and quiet work from home setup
• Willing to work full time on an exclusive basis only
