We are hiring a LinkedIn Virtual Assistant to support content, posting, and audience engagement.
This is NOT a beginner role.
You must be excellent at either:
* Writing high-converting posts with strong hooks
OR
* Engaging in comments/DMs in a way that drives real conversation and connection
Ideally, both.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Write high-converting LinkedIn posts (with strong hooks)
* Engage with comments, DMs, and audience conversations in a meaningful way
* Create scroll-stopping carousels (Canva)
* Complete research assignments as needed

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
* Proven experience writing high-converting content or driving engagement through comments/DMs
* Ability to write strong hooks that capture attention immediately
* Experience engaging with social media audiences (comments + DMs)
* Proficient in Canva and Excel
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
* Strong English writing skills
