About Us - Lynx Software LLC is a Miami-based digital agency and software development firm building real-world applications for clients across multiple industries. We move fast, write clean code, and don't babysit our developers.

The Role - We're looking for a skilled, self-sufficient developer to join our team part-time on Rekloze — a real estate transaction management application that helps agents and brokers track contracts, deadlines, and critical milestones with automated reminders and notifications.

This is not an entry-level role. You will be expected to hit the ground running.

What You'll Build
Flutter mobile/web UI for real estate transaction workflows
Contract deadline tracking with automated reminder ---------- Web API backend powering the application
SQL Server database design, queries, and stored procedures
Clean, maintainable, documented code — every time

Requirements
3+ years hands-on Flutter development (not just exposure — shipped apps)
---------- Web API experience (REST, authentication, middleware)
SQL Server proficiency — schema design, indexing, stored procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Fluent written English for async team communication
Available for regular overlap with US Eastern Time

Nice to Have
Experience with notification/reminder systems (push, email, SMS)
Real estate, legal, or contract management app background
Familiarity with Jira for task management
