GoHighLevel (GHL) Onboarding Specialist –

**Role Overview:**
We are hiring a GoHighLevel (GHL) Onboarding Specialist to help new clients get set up quickly and successfully inside our platform.

Your job is to make sure every new client is fully set up, understands the system, and is ready to start generating results as fast as possible.

**Responsibilities:**

* Onboard new clients into CRM
* Set up pipelines, calendars, forms, workflows, and automations
* Connect domains, email, phone numbers, and integrations
* Import contacts and organize CRM data
* Troubleshoot setup issues and solve problems quickly
* Train clients on how to use the platform (Zoom or Loom)
* Answer onboarding questions clearly and efficiently
* Document processes and improve onboarding systems

**Requirements:**

* Experience using GoHighLevel (REQUIRED)
* Strong understanding of CRM systems and automation
* Excellent communication skills (English)
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Problem solver with a fast response mindset
* Reliable internet and ability to work remotely

**Preferred (Not Required):**

* Experience onboarding SaaS or CRM clients
* Experience with snapshots, funnels, and integrations
* Experience working with event businesses (DJs, photo booths, etc.)
* Comfortable recording Loom videos for communication

**Compensation:**

* $5–$8/hour (depending on experience)
* Full-time preferred (40 hours/week)
