JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are a U.S.-based asphalt and commercial services company looking for a motivated and confident Outbound Caller to set appointments through cold calling.

This role is focused on making outbound calls to businesses, introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

This is a high-activity role. You must be comfortable making many calls per day and handling rejection professionally.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to businesses (U.S.-based)
• Introduce our asphalt and commercial services
• Set appointments for our sales team
• Track calls and results in our system
• Follow up with leads as needed

Requirements:
• Strong spoken English (clear, confident, easy to understand)
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Not afraid of rejection
• Ability to follow a script and improve over time
• Positive attitude and persistence
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Preferred:
• Experience in cold calling or appointment setting
• Experience calling U.S. customers or businesses
• Sales or telemarketing experience

Compensation:
• Base: $800–$1000/month (depending on experience)
• Performance bonuses for appointments set
• Long-term opportunity with growth
