Position: We are looking to hire 5 motivated home based sales representatives to join our team
Job Overview:
We are open to candidates that have sales experience preferably in the cleaning industry however we are open to hiring if it is the right candidate and has sales experience in another industry, the sales rep will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle. This role will be closing incoming calls from customers and do post clean calls to get reviews. Additionally, this role involves providing support to staff and addressing any inquiries to ensure a great service is provided for our clients

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling Inbound Enquiries:
- Managing incoming calls, messages, and enquiries via SMS, WhatsApp,
- Building strong rapport with potential customers to turn enquiries into bookings and closing deals.
2. Administrative Tasks:
- Tracking sales and leads using Google Sheets.
- Keeping records updated and organized in the Google LSA inbox.
- Ensuring all sales and leads are logged accurately for reporting purposes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: We are open to entry level candidates however must have some sales experience
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Confidence: in handling inbound inquiry calls
Technical Proficiency: Able to learn how to use sales software, lead tracking systems, and proficiency in using team communication channels
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple sales processes
Work Environment:
Equipment: Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and manage sales tasks effectively.
