We’re looking for a video editor who understands how content performs, not just how it looks.
Someone who knows what makes people stop scrolling…
and how to turn raw footage into something people actually watch.
About Listadum:
Listadum helps Etsy sellers improve their listings and grow their shop.
Our audience = creative people trying to figure out the business side of Etsy.
So the content needs to be:
simple
relatable
clear
and not corporate
What you’ll do:
Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Edit long-form content (YouTube, tutorials, breakdowns)
Turn raw recordings into:
engaging short clips
educational content
ads
Add:
captions
cuts, zooms, pacing
light motion / visual elements
Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips
Suggest improvements (hooks, cuts, structure)
You might be a great fit if:
You’ve edited content that actually performs (not just looks nice)
You understand pacing for short-form (this is key)
You know current trends (hooks, subtitles, styles, formats)
You can make content feel natural and not over-edited
You think like a viewer, not just an editor
What we care about:
Strong hooks in the first 2 seconds
Clean, easy-to-follow edits
Keeping attention (this matters more than fancy effects)
Turning one video into 5–10 pieces of content
Bonus:
Experience with creators / SaaS / education content
Understanding of TikTok / Reels formats
Basic motion graphics
Knowing what makes content convert (not just go viral)
How to apply
Send us:
2–5 videos you’ve edited (short + long form if possible)
If possible: examples that performed well
(Optional but strong):
Take this idea and tell us how you’d edit it into a short:
“Why your Etsy listing isn’t getting sales”
