What we’re looking for:

We need a Remote Front Desk (or New Customer Appointment Scheduler)

This is a remote (work-from-home) position.

Front Desk Receptionists need to speak very clearly, convert warm leads into customers, go "off-script" when needed, handle objections, schedule customers in our software (Vagaro), and complete daily checklists and tasks. You must be extroverted and friendly!

This unique mix of right brain (client relationship building and management) and left brain (data analysis, daily checklists/tasks, and software management) skills makes front desk receptionists very special people. They are the lifeblood of our organization and we’re looking to find more wonderful tea ---------- mbers who can help us grow!

Salary & growth opportunities:

Appointment Setter starts at $8/Hour along with bonuses for each converted lead
We have hundreds of leads per month with 70% conversion goals
You’ll work under a manager as you learn the trade
You’ll be assigned calls slowly as we begin to build your confidence
You’ll be graded on your client acquisition

The ideal candidate:

Great Talker: You need to talk in a way that gets people interested. Being clear and friendly helps to build trust and makes it easier to turn potential leads into customers. You need to know when to go "off script' to get the customer talking more about themselves.
Good Listener: You should be able to quickly identify what people are worried about. When you listen closely you can connect better with potential lead and get them saying "yes, that's me" or "yes, that happens to me too" in their head.
Never Give Up Attitude: Rejections are part of the game. You will get hung up on, yelled at, or even cursed at. You need to keep trying and not get discouraged. Staying positive even when things don't work out.
Ready to Learn: Things change. You should be always open to learning about new ways to improve yourself and your skills. Being adaptable ensures you can keep up with what customers need and how the organization is growing.

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective patients to introduce our physical therapy services

- Schedule appointments for patients to meet with our coaches

- Use our CRM system to track and manage customer information and appointments

- Communicate with customers via phone and email to confirm appointments and provide additional information

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement new sales strategies

- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and goals

Job Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Must be available during New York City Hours

- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred

- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in healthcare or related field

- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software Go High Level

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Passion for helping patients and promoting wellness services
