Texas Apartment Finds is a fast-growing apartment locating company based in Austin, Texas USA. We help clients find their perfect apartment completely free of charge. The apartments pay us a referral commission every time a client signs a lease. We are scaling aggressively toward $50,000 per month in closed leases and we need a sharp, sales-minded operator to help us get there.
This is not a call center. This is not a data entry job. This is a high performance pipeline ownership role for someone who is hungry, smart, and driven by results.
THE ROLE
Your job is simple to understand and hard to master: move clients from lead to signed lease. You will own the pipeline inside GoHighLevel (GHL), create curated property lists, schedule tours, follow up relentlessly, overcome objections, and push every single client toward an approved application and a signed lease.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Check pipeline hygiene at the start of every shift — identify who needs a list, who needs a follow up, who needs a push to apply
• Send curated property lists to clients based on their budget and preferences
• Follow up with leads from
• Schedule property tours and confirm all appointments
• Follow up after tours — overcome objections and push clients to apply
• Monitor application status and drive toward lease signed
• Respond to all client communications with professionalism, warmth, and urgency
• Occasionally jump on a call to assist a client when needed
• Post
• Maintain clean pipeline stages, tags, and notes in GHL at all times
• Submit end of shift reports daily with pipeline updates
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• Minimum 5 closed leases per month scaling to 25+ as volume grows
• Every lead is responded to within the same shift
• Pipeline is always clean, current, and moving forward
• No lead falls through the cracks on your watch
• You are proactive — not reactive
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• GoHighLevel (GHL) experience — non negotiable
• MLS, property management software, or real estate platform experience — major green flag. If you have used MLS you can master our tools quickly
• Prior experience in sales, real estate, apartment leasing, BPO sales, or property management strongly preferred
• Pipeline and CRM mindset — you understand stages, follow up cadence, urgency, and closing
• Strong written English — your client communication must be clear, warm, and professional at all times
• Self starter — you do not wait to be told what to do. You assess the situation and move.
• Detail oriented — you read everything before you respond. You do not miss things.
• Performance motivated — you want to earn bonuses not just collect a base
• Confident communicator — comfortable jumping on a call occasionally when needed
• AI proficient — you actively use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to work faster and smarter
• Organized and systems minded — you improve processes, you do not just follow them

SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday during US Central Standard Time (CST) business hours
Part-time to start — 4 to 6 hours per day
Potential to grow to full time as the business scales
COMPENSATION
• Base pay: $3–$6/hr USD depending on experience and location
• Performance bonuses: up to $2,000 additional per month based on closed leases and tea
• Bonus pool distributed across the team based on performance and seniority
• Our goal is $50,000 per month in closed leases — the more we close the more you earn
• This is a performance culture — your income has no ceiling if you perform
