We are a US-based Commercial & Retail Facility Management company launching nationwide operations. We work with multi-site retail brands and commercial properties across the United States.

We are building a high-performance team focused on growth, structure, and long-term stability.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist with strong English communication skills and experience marketing service-based businesses. Your role is to strengthen our brand, improve our online presence, support lead generation, and help position our company professionally in front of commercial clients across the US market.

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Time

Responsibilities

Create and manage marketing content for our facility management business
Write professional content for website pages, service pages, company profiles, and presentations
Manage social media pages and publish business-focused content
Support branding and improve overall company image
**Assist with lead generation campaigns and marketing outreach
Help improve service messaging for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, and commercial repair services
Coordinate with management on monthly marketing priorities
Track marketing performance and prepare simple weekly reports
Research competitors and suggest improvements to strengthen our market presence

Requirements

Experience in marketing, branding, or content creation
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong understanding of social media and business marketing
Experience creating professional content for B2B or service-based companies
Organized, creative, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with Canva, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and basic website content updates
Experience in facility management, maintenance, construction, or commercial services marketing is a strong advantage
**Understanding of lead generation, SEO, and company branding
