JOB OVERVIEW

E-commerce Product Sourcing VA (Amazon UK FBA) – High Bonus Potential

We are looking for a high-performing Virtual Assistant (VA) from the Philippines to join our growing e-commerce business.

This role requires someone with Amazon experience (preferred), especially in product sourcing for Amazon FBA.

This is not a basic VA role for inexperienced people. We are looking for someone who is driven, proactive, and goes above and beyond to find the best product and supplier leads.

If you are motivated and perform well, this role offers excellent earning potential through bonuses.

There is no limit to how much you can earn in bonuses

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Source profitable products using:

Online Arbitrage (OA)

Retail Arbitrage (RA)

Wholesale

Find high ROI, low competition products

Identify reliable and profitable suppliers

Deliver a consistent volume of high-quality leads

Ensure all leads meet agreed sourcing criteria

Communicate clearly and respond quickly to messages

ESSENTIAL SKILLS (REQUIRED)

Minimum 2–5 years experience in UK e-commerce product sourcing

Strong experience with tools such as:

Keepa

SellerAmp

Arbisource or similar sourcing tools

Ability to find unique leads (not saturated)

Strong understanding of ROI, profit, and sales rank

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Must be highly responsive and reliable

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Must be hardworking and proactive (not lazy)

FAVOURABLE SKILLS (BONUS)

Experience sourcing for Amazon UK marketplace

Experience with wholesale supplier research

Ability to find exclusive or hard-to-find deals

Experience using multiple sourcing methods and tools

Strong analytical skills for product evaluation
