We are a fast-growing home services company in Florida specializing in garage storage installations.
Important: This is NOT a passive customer support role. Your primary responsibility is to convert incoming leads into booked jobs. If you are competitive, results-driven, and motivated by performance-based pay, this role is for you.
What you'll Do:
Convert inbound leads into booked jobs
Respond to new leads within minutes — speed = revenue
Follow up aggressively with unresponsive leads (no lead left behind)
Handle incoming calls and turn inquiries into scheduled jobs
Overcome objections (price, timing, hesitation)
Schedule jobs and optimize technician routes
Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth execution
Track and update leads, jobs, and notes in our system
Compensation (Performance-Based)
Base pay + weekly performance bonus up to 40%
Bonus tied to: Team revenue performance and individual bookings / conversions
If you perform, you earn more.
If you don’t convert, no bonus

Requirements
Excellent English (spoken & written)
Proven experience in sales, booking, or conversion-based roles
Experience with high-volume inbound leads (calls, chat, FB, etc.)
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in real time
Strong internet connection + quiet workspace
Full availability during scheduled shift (no distractions)
