JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title : Lead Full-Stack Developer(Employee/Co-Architectural)
The Role:
We are looking for a high-level Disruptor to build a world class , bank-level secure and GPS platform from the ground up. This isn't just a coding job ; we are looking for one full time person to act as co- architect who is fully invested in the long -term vision of Salt Native.
The Vision :
We are not building a local website ; we are building a high -traffic maritime hub designed to scale internationally. While we begin with a clear 18 month execution plan to dominate the North Carolina Coast (from Manteo to Murrells Inlet), the architecture you build must be ready for global expansion. We need the lead who can build a system that won't run but dominate the global market .We want simple to use ,easy to scale, and believe in modeling the most successful companies to move fast.
Our Culture: We are looking for a "Disruptor" who doesn't just follow orders. We operate like a Spiny Lumpsucker -- small, tough, and able to stick to our mission no matter how rough the water gets.
Compensation & Growth
- Monthly Base Salary
$1000.00-$1500 USD(Based on proven experience)
- Performance Bonus: $1.00 USD for every booking processed through the platform (No Cap)
- The Opportunity: As the platform scales from local to international, your income grows directly with the volume of the business. You are rewarded for the success of the system you build.

Technical Requirements:
- FULL STACK MASTERY:
- Expert -level proficiency in front-end and back-end development
- Security First: Experience with bank-level encryption
- Global Architecture; Ability to design for multi-region scalability, and complex scheduling.
- Reliability: Must have a verified back internet.
