JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Digital Marketing & Content Strategist to lead and grow our online presence. This role goes beyond posting content — you will develop and execute a full digital strategy across social media, website, blog, and video platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, educating our audience, and driving engagement and client growth through high-quality, consistent digital content.
Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Plan monthly content calendars across all platforms
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results
Identify opportunities to grow audience, engagement, and conversions

Social Media Management

Manage and grow platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
Create, schedule, and publish engaging, educational, and brand-aligned content
Respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly
Stay current with trends while maintaining a professional healthcare voice

Content Creation (Multi-Platform)

Write blog articles focused on healthcare topics, patient education, and SEO
Create and repurpose content for:
YouTube (video ideas, scripts, descriptions)
LinkedIn (professional insights and updates)
Social media posts and campaigns
Design basic graphics and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content

Website Management

Update and maintain website content (blogs, service pages, announcements)
Ensure website is user-friendly, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging
Work with developers if needed for improvements or troubleshooting

Compliance & Professional Standards

Ensure all content aligns with healthcare guidelines and confidentiality standards
Maintain a professional, ethical, and accurate tone in all communications

Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or social media management
Strong writing skills (blogs, captions, professional content)
Experience managing websites (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)
Experience creating video content or supporting YouTube channels
Understanding of LinkedIn content strategy
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Highly organized, self-driven, and strategic thinker
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or mental health industry
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Basic video editing skills
