We’re a fast-growing, U.S.-based social media marketing agency working with well-known brands and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team full-time.
This role is responsible for owning our social media presence end-to-end, from strategy to execution.
You’ll be thinking about what we should post, why it matters, and how it performs while also managing the day-to-day publishing, engagement, and optimization.
You’ll be working closely with our creative and paid media teams to ensure everything we put out is aligned, intentional, and driving results.
If you understand how content, community, and strategy all come together to grow a brand on social, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Planning and executing social media content across platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,
• Developing and refining social media strategies based on performance and goals
• Writing captions and ensuring messaging aligns with brand voice
• Scheduling and publishing content consistently
• Managing community engagement (comments, messages, interactions)
• Monitoring performance and identifying what’s working vs. what’s not
• Collaborating with the creative team to guide content direction
• Working with the paid media team to align organic and paid strategies
• Staying on top of trends, platform updates, and new opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, not just posting
• Ability to analyze performance and adjust strategy accordingly
• Experience writing captions and understanding tone/voice across platforms
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep things moving consistently
• You are proactive and take ownership—not just execute assigned tasks
• You are fast, responsive, and reliable (this is critical for this role)
Bonus Points If You:
• Have worked at a marketing agency or managed multiple accounts
• Understand how content drives business results (not just engagement)
• Have experience with community management at scale
• Are comfortable reviewing analytics and reporting on insights
• Have experience working with U.S.-based brands
