JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing, U.S.-based social media marketing agency working with well-known brands—and we’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Buyer to join our team full-time.

This role is focused on executing and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.

You won’t just be launching ads, you’ll be responsible for helping us drive real performance, scale campaigns, and improve results over time.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Launching and managing paid campaigns across:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Linkedin Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Google Ads (YouTube, Display, Search as needed)
• Monitoring performance daily and making optimizations based on data
• Testing audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
• Scaling campaigns that are performing and identifying opportunities for growth
• Collaborating with our creative team to improve ad performance
• Analyzing key metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.) and reporting insights
• Identifying issues quickly and troubleshooting underperforming campaigns
• Staying up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience running paid social campaigns
• Strong understanding of: Campaign structure, Audience targeting, Budget allocation, Creative testing
• Ability to read and interpret performance data and make decisions based on it
• Experience scaling campaigns and improving performance over time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
• You are proactive and take ownership of results, not just tasks
• You are fast, responsive, and able to hit deadlines consistently (critical for this role)

Bonus Points If You:
• Have worked with agencies or multiple clients at once
• Have experience managing larger budgets ($5k+/month and above)
• Understand how organic content and paid media work together
• Have experience working with U.S.-based brands
