JOB OVERVIEW

I run a fast-growing sports card brand, Kapascope, and host daily live breaks on Whatnot. I am looking for a long-term video editor who can consistently produce high-quality, high-energy content for ads and social media.

This is not basic editing. I need someone who understands pacing, hype, and conversion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Create short-form videos, typically 30 to 60 seconds, for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Whatnot promotion ads.
Go through full broadcast recordings and extract only top hits:
Kabooms
Downtowns
Uptowns

These are the primary focus of every video.
Autographs can be included, but only at the end.

Create daily recap videos from my live streams without supervision.

You must independently review full broadcasts, find the best ---------- nts, extract only top-tier hits such as Kabooms, Downtowns, and Uptowns, and work without waiting for instructions.

STYLE AND EDITING REQUIREMENTS

Fast-paced, high-energy editing
Strong hook in the first 1 to 2 seconds
Vertical 9:16 format for mobile
Nothing cut off on the left or right side
Captions or subtitles where needed
Dynamic zooms, cuts, and transitions
Clean, professional pacing

VISUAL EFFECTS

Make the hits feel premium and festive.

Use effects such as:
Glow effects on cards
Light flares and highlights
Particle or confetti effects
Motion tracking on key hits
Visual emphasis on big ---------- nts

Kabooms, Downtowns, and Uptowns should feel special.

AUDIO REQUIREMENTS

Only copyright-free music
No copyrighted songs
High-energy background audio
Clean audio levels with no clipping or distortion

CONTENT DIRECTION

Do not show random filler cards.
Do not treat every card like a case hit.
Focus on quality over quantity.

Priority order:
Kabooms
Downtowns
Uptowns

These must dominate the video.

REQUIRED MESSAGING

Include messaging such as:
Go to Whatnot and bookmark my shows
Uptowns, Downtowns, Kaboom hits every night
Remember Kapascope on Whatnot

The call to action must be clear and strong.

BRAND DETAIL

At the end of the video, Kapascope must be pronounced correctly as:
