JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We are a fast-growing design-build company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and full home remodels.

We move quickly, care about strong design, and build real projects — not just concepts. We’re looking for someone who can own design production and execute at a high level with minimal supervision.

The Role

This is a senior-level production role.

You will take design direction and independently produce:

• layout options
• detailed construction drawings
• SketchUp + Autocad models
• elevations + plans
• High quality renders (3D Max, Enscape or similar)

You should be able to think through problems, make decisions, and move projects forward quickly.

Responsibilities
Layout + Space Planning
Produce 2–3 layout options within 24 hours

Think through:
plumbing logic
circulation
storage
usability

Technical Drawings (CORE SKILL)
Floor plans
Elevations
Electrical plans
Cabinet drawings
Tile layouts

All drawings must be:
? accurate
? fully dimensioned
? construction-ready

SketchUp + Modeling
Build and update SketchUp models quickly
Translate 2D plans into 3D models
Create basic renders (Enscape is a plus)

Design Support
Assist with:
material selections
plumbing fixtures
finishes

Organize selections in Materio (or similar system)

Speed
Layouts: same day or next day
Revisions: within 24 hours
