We are looking for a results-driven Lead Manager to oversee and optimize our lead generation efforts. This role is responsible for managing lead flow, qualifying prospects, and ensuring a consistent pipeline for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track incoming leads from various channels (cold calling, SMS,
Qualify leads based on company criteria and readiness
Assign qualified leads to sales agents or acquisition team
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, response time, and lead quality
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies
Train and manage lead managers or VAs if needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, lead management, or similar role
Strong understanding of CRM systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to analyze data and improve performance metrics
Experience in real estate or digital marketing is a plus
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of leads generated per week
Lead qualification rate
Speed to lead response
Conversion rate (lead ? appointment)
Appointment show rate
