JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Appointment Setter (Philippines & South Africa)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation

Base salary: $450 USD

Commission: $5 USD per qualified appointment

Estimated monthly earnings: $650 USD (performance-based)

Trial period: 2 weeks (minimum 5 qualified appointments)

Location: Remote – Philippines & South Africa

Schedule:

Standard calling window: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (1-hour break)

About the Role:
We’re seeking motivated Lead Generation Specialists to join our remote team. In this role, you will speak with homeowners, qualify prospects, and schedule roofing inspection appointments that meet our quality standards.

This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are competitive, confident on the phone, and motivated by commission-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to homeowners

Qualify prospects based on company standards

Accurately schedule roofing inspection appointments

Handle objections confidently and professionally

Collaborate with the team to meet performance goals

Qualifications:

Strong spoken English (conversational to advanced)

Experience in sales, call centers, or customer service is a plus (not required)

Confidence speaking on the phone

Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

Goal-oriented, positive attitude, and coachable

Windows-based computer or laptop required (Mac computers not supported)
