Working Hours: Full-time, UK business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:30pm GMT/BST)
The Role
This is a high-impact, first full-time hire responsible for owning the execution and optimisation of the company’s go-to-market systems.
The Founder will continue to lead strategy, sales, and creative direction, while you will take full ownership of:
Building and running outbound systems
Executing GTM strategies end-to-end
Managing campaign infrastructure and performance
Supporting both client delivery and internal revenue growth
This is not a typical “operations-only” role.
You will play a critical role in revenue generation, helping turn strategy into consistent pipeline and results.
Core Responsibilities
1. GTM Execution & Strategy Support
Translate high-level GTM strategy into fully functioning outbound systems
Contribute to message-market fit, targeting, and campaign structure
Support continuous improvement of outbound performance
Work closely with the Founder to refine and iterate on GTM plays
2. Clay (Data & List Building) - ~30–35%
Build and manage advanced Clay tables for:
-Prospecting
-Enrichment
-Segmentation
-Implement:
-Waterfall enrichment workflows
-AI-powered data processing
-Scalable list-building systems
Maintain clean, high-quality datasets for campaigns
3. Automation (n8n) - ~25%
Build end-to-end workflows from scratch (not just monitoring)
Connect tools across the outbound stack
Debug, optimise, and maintain automations
Work within a self-hosted n8n environment
4. Internal Outbound (Company’s Growth) - ~25%
Build and run outbound systems to generate:
Sales calls
Leads for course cohorts and Client builds
Continuously optimise performance to drive consistent pipeline growth
5. Campaign Management - ~15-20%
Manage outbound campaigns across:
Instantly
HeyReach (LinkedIn)
Responsibilities include:
Sequence setup and testing
A/B testing and optimisation
Domain/inbox rotation
Deliverability management
Monitoring and handling replies
Copywriting or amendment = a plus
6. Client Delivery Support
Build and manage outbound systems for client projects
Ensure campaigns are:
Reliable
Scalable
Delivering measurable results
Potential to take increasing ownership of client-facing delivery over time
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Clay (Advanced) - table building, enrichment, AI workflows
n8n - building automations from scratch (not just maintenance)
Instantly -
HeyReach - LinkedIn outbound campaigns (or ability to learn quickly)
Claude Code - ability to work within an existing AI-driven workflow repo

Strong written English communication (client-ready level)
Proven experience in B2B outbound / lead generation systems
Nice to Have
Experience with self-hosted n8n environments
Airtable, or similar CRMs
Supabase / PostgreSQL
Git / version control
Experience working in a GTM agency or revenue-focused environment
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Independently building:
Clay tables
n8n workflows
Campaign systems
Managing all active campaigns without daily oversight
Systems running reliably and consistently
Contributing to pipeline generation and revenue growth, especially around selling our course
Reducing Founder involvement in operations from 15–20 hours/week ?
