This is not a typical “run ads” role.
We are focused on one outcome:
Getting landlords to sell their properties to our investor clients.
You will be responsible for building, managing and improving campaigns that generate real conversations, not just clicks or low-quality leads.
This is a pay for campaign role, with a view to full time employment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Setting up and managing Meta ad campaigns (lead generation + conversion)
Testing different ad creatives and messaging
Improving cost per lead and cost per qualified enquiry
Working with our team to refine funnels (lead form ? call booking ? sale)
Monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions
Setting up and managing pixel + conversions API (via GoHighLevel)
What Success Looks Like
Consistent flow of qualified landlord enquiries
Cost per lead in the £20–£35 range
Strong conversion from lead ? call ? deal
Clear reporting on what’s working and what isn’t
Requirements
Proven experience running Meta ads for lead generation
Strong understanding of conversion-focused campaigns (not engagement)
Experience with
Ability to analyse data and make decisions independently
Good written English
Reliable and responsive
Experience in property, real estate or financial services
Experience using GoHighLevel
Experience improving landing pages or funnels
Important
We are not looking for someone who:
Focuses on vanity metrics (likes, comments, reach)
Needs constant direction
Blames the algorithm instead of improving the message
We want someone who takes ownership and improves results.
Pay
Starting part-time (hours flexible)
