JOB OVERVIEW

Hey — welcome!

Are you the kind of person who sees a broken automation and immediately wants to fix it, not just flag it? Do you get a quiet thrill from clean workflows, solid schemas, and systems that just... work? Then keep reading — because this might be the role you've been waiting for.

Funnel Futurist is a fast-moving, internationally recognized team helping ambitious entrepreneurs build and scale through world-class funnels, content, and tech infrastructure. We're growing fast — and we need someone who can keep the engine running while we pour fuel on it.

We're looking for a Technical Ops Specialist — a technically sharp operator who can get their hands dirty with automations, app infrastructure, and real daily problem-solving. If you've ever built a ---------- scenario from scratch, troubleshot a GHL workflow at 9pm, or helped someone wrangle a Replit project into shape — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
Your job is to make sure things don't break — and when they do, to fix them fast without it landing on the wrong desk.

Automation Management
Build, monitor, and fix automations in ---------- , GoHighLevel (GHL), and other tools
Proactively spot breakages before they become client problems
Document automations clearly so the team isn't dependent on any one person

App & Dev Support
Support ongoing client app development projects in Replit
Assist with schema work, data structures, and lightweight backend tasks
Contribute to an app consolidation project — helping bring disparate tools under one roof

AI-Powered Ops
Use Claude Code and other AI tools to speed up your work and solve novel problems
Help identify where AI can be applied to reduce manual overhead across the business

General Technical Support
Be the first line of defense when something technical breaks
Communicate clearly with the team about what broke, why, and what you did to fix it
Create and maintain SOPs for every process you touch

Who You Are
You're a problem-solver first
You have hands-on experience with at least two of the following: ---------- , GoHighLevel, Replit, AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT), Google Sheets/Apps Script, or database/schema work
You communicate like a pro — clear, concise, and proactive with updates
You don't wait to be told twice. When something's broken, you're already on it.
You're comfortable working independently but know when to escalate
You've got a growth mindset and want to keep leveling up your technical skills

Role Requirements
Proficiency with ---------- (scenario building, error handling, debugging) or other similar tools
Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (workflows, pipelines, automations) and other CRMs
Experience with AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent (daily use, not just dabbling)
Familiarity with Replit or similar lightweight dev environments
Strong async communication skills (Slack-based team)
Ability to write clear, usable SOPs and process documentation
EST-aligned working hours

Perks
???? Fully Remote — work from wherever you do your best thinking
? Performance bonuses — excellence gets rewarded here
???? Real growth opportunity — this role has a long runway for the right person
????? Access to world-class tools, training, and processes
???? Tight-knit team that actually values your contribution

About Our Founders
John & Phoenix have generated millions in direct and indirect revenue through their expertise in copywriting, funnel building, and coaching. They've scaled businesses with proven systems — and now they need a technical right hand to protect and expand that infrastructure. When things work, they can focus on growth. That's where you come in.

Our Values
Speed is king — High-priority tasks get handled now, not "later today"
Over-deliver — Good enough isn't good enough. We aim for excellent.
1?tter every day — We're a team of people who love getting sharper in their craft

How to Apply
We move fast and review applications as they come in. To apply:
Change your subject line to: "Automations Ready — [Insert your country's capital city]"
Answer this question: Describe a time you fixed something technical that was broken and no one else could figure it out. What was it, what did you do, and what was the result?
Attach: Your resume + any relevant work samples ( ---------- scenarios, GHL setups, Replit projects, SOP docs — anything that shows your work)

Note: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a brief paid trial. We believe in seeing real work in action — and we'll be fair and transparent about every step.
