JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Media Buyer (OG) — OLVA Brands
Remote · Full-time · Split schedule across time zones
The Role
We're scaling fast across three international markets and need a Media Buyer who owns performance, not just executes it. You'll control roughly €200K per month in ad spend behind a €400K+/month revenue operation, and you'll be the one steering it toward €800K/month by the end of 2026. You d ---------- when to push, when to pull, and when to kill, always on data, never on gut. You scale winners without letting them plateau, and you build the feedback loop between the numbers and the creative team.
You'll shadow the founder's decisions first and prove your calls, then take full control of spend. Autonomy here is earned fast, by results.
The Setup
This role covers three markets across two time windows: UK and DK launches around 01:00 Amsterdam time (early morning PH) and AUS around 16:00 Amsterdam time (evening PH). It's a split schedule, and if you can't commit to both windows daily, this role isn't for you. You'll work directly with the Creative Lead, flagging winners, fatigue, and iteration needs as they happen.
What You'll Do

Own Meta campaign management across AUS, UK, and DK: CBOs, Cost Caps, and ASC
Scale winners fast: identify signal, increase budgets, duplicate horizontally
Kill losers within defined thresholds, no hesitation
Manage Cost Cap campaigns end to end: set, monitor, adjust, log
Feed winners and fatigue back to the Creative Lead and close the performance loop
Localize campaign structure across markets without losing the performance edge
Log every decision, scale, kill, pause, and adjust, building the institutional memory

What You'll Bring

Proven experience managing Meta ad spend at scale in dropshipping or direct response, non-negotiable
Deep understanding of CBO structure, Cost Cap mechanics, and budget scaling strategy
The instinct to read ROAS trends, margin swings, and creative fatigue before they become problems
Experience running multiple markets with different margin targets at the same time
Decisiveness and self-sufficiency: you act within guardrails and escalate only when it counts
Bonus: experience with AUS, UK, or DK markets, health and supplement verticals, or advertorial funnels

What We Offer

Real ownership of roughly €200K/month in spend across three international markets, scaling to €400K
A fixed monthly rate plus a performance bonus tied to profit, real upside for the right operator
A lean team with no bureaucracy and direct access to the founder
Remote-first, performance-driven, fast-moving
