What You'll Do
Own Meta campaign management across AUS, UK, and DK — CBOs, Cost Caps, and ASC
Scale winners fast: identify signal, increase budgets, duplicate horizontally
Kill fast too: cut ad sets that don't perform within defined thresholds — no hesitation
Manage Cost Cap campaigns end-to-end — set, monitor, adjust, log
Build the feedback loop between media performance and creative production — flag winners and fatigue to the creative team
Localize campaign structure across markets without losing performance edge
Log every decision: scale, kill, pause, adjust — you're building institutional memory
What You'll Bring
Proven experience managing Meta ad spend at scale — dropshipping or direct response, non-negotiable
Deep understanding of CBO structure, Cost Cap mechanics, and budget scaling strategy
Data-driven instinct: you read ROAS trends, margin swings, and creative fatigue before they become problems
Experience managing multiple markets simultaneously with different margin targets
Self-sufficient and decisive — you act within guardrails, escalate only when it counts
Comfortable with a fast-moving, lean operation: no bureaucracy, no hand-holding
Bonus: experience with AUS, UK, or DK markets; health & supplement verticals; advertorial funnels
