We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and English-proficient Customer Care Representative to support our operations. This role involves connecting with customers and potential clients, answering
Main Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer inquiries, resolves product or service issues, and ensures timely follow-up for customer satisfaction.
- Maintains accurate customer and financial records by updating account information and processing adjustments.
- Identifies customer needs, recommends products or services, and provides insights to management based on customer feedback.
- Supports team objectives by preparing reports and contributing to overall operational success.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course.
- With experience of 6 months or one year in BPO Industry. (Longer work experience would be better. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
- With good communication skills both (verbal and written)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel is a must
- 55/60+ WPM typing speed
SALARY: ?18,000–?22,000 per month
WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP:
- Employment Type: Contractual
- Contract Term: 6 months (renewable based on performance and business needs)
- Work Setup: Remote
- 5 working days per week with 2 rest days
- 8 working hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break
- Schedule may vary depending on business needs
- Must have own laptop and a reliable internet connection
