JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

Your job is to start conversations with potential clients and guide them toward booking a call with our team.

You’ll manage Instagram and Facebook ---------- , respond to leads quickly, and follow a proven conversation process to qualify people and book them into our calendar.

You won’t be selling directly — your focus is connection, qualification, and booking quality calls.
You will be speaking with women interested in losing weight in a realistic, sustainable way.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound Instagram and Facebook ----------
• Responding to new messages within 15–40 seconds during shift
• Starting conversations with followers, likers, commenters and warm leads
• Qualifying potential clients using our scripts and framework
• Booking 10+ qualified calls per week
• Resparking conversations with old or inactive leads
• Logging clear notes and tagging leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Keeping the pipeline organised and updated
• Sharing simple weekly reports on conversations and bookings

Requirements
• Have AT LEAST 12+ months of experience in DM setting for a coach or online business
• Can show past booking stats or results
• Type quickly and communicate naturally in messages
• Can follow scripts while keeping conversations human
• Are organised and detail-focused
• Are reliable and show up consistently for your shifts
• Have excellent written English (near-native level)

Bonus if you have experience with:

• ManyChat
• Chatbots
• Online coaching or health businesses

Schedule

Monday – Friday
7PM – 11PM AEDT
