We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager to handle content creation, community engagement, paid ads, and performance tracking across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create daily posts that educate, engage, and convert
Design visuals in Canva and write compelling captions
Repurpose content and use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to scale production
Manage comments, DMs, and brand interactions to grow the community
Identify and engage potential clients and partners
Run and optimize paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn), including testing creatives and audiences
Manage budgets and maximize ROI
Track metrics, analyze performance, and implement data-driven improvements
Collaborate with internal teams and report insights to leadership
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of social media management experience (B2B preferred)
Proven portfolio showing growth, engagement, and results
Strong copywriting and Canva/design skills
Experience with paid ads (Meta/LinkedIn)
Data analysis and optimization skills
Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
Preferred:
Experience in coaching, consulting, or education industries
Video editing skills
Understanding of Asian and global markets
Familiarity with tools like Buffer or Hootsuite
