About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Podcast & Marketing Coordinator to own our podcast editing while supporting broader marketing activity. You’ll edit video and audio episodes, repurpose them into high-performing social content, post job ads on LinkedIn, and help deliver paid and organic campaigns that grow our audience and brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video and audio podcast episodes, enhancing sound, pacing, and overall production quality.
• Add branded intros, outros, captions, and graphics, and prepare episodes for distribution across podcast platforms and YouTube.
• Repurpose long-form episodes into short-form, platform-ready clips with strong hooks, subtitles, and motion elements.
• Create, format, post, and maintain job ads across Veritone/Broadbean, the company websites, and LinkedIn, including checking briefs with recruiters, producing or refining ad copy, creating shareable banner assets, and refreshing or closing roles as needed.
• Design and schedule on-brand social media content that supports campaigns and day-to-day activity.
• Support occasional paid social campaigns that drive website traffic and follower growth.
• Assist with in-house marketing collateral and presentations for sales, events, and employer branding.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, accurate, and delivered on time.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience editing both video and audio content, ideally for podcasts or social.
• Strong skills in video and design tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, Canva or similar).
• Experience creating short-form social content and basic understanding of paid social.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
