### ???? **What You’ll Be Doing**
- Responding to client messages (SMS,
- Giving updates on credit repair progress
- Answering basic and advanced credit-related questions
- Following up with inactive clients
- Organizing client notes inside CRM (GoHighLevel / DisputeFox)
- Making sure clients feel supported throughout the process
- Escalating complex issues to management

### ???? **What We’re Looking For**
- Strong English communication (written + verbal)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Fast response time & reliable internet
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple clients at once
- Willing to learn credit repair basics
**BONUS IF YOU HAVE:**
- Experience with credit repair or financial services
- Familiarity with DisputeFox, GoHighLevel, or CRMs
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
