HIRING: Instagram Manager

REMOTE/WFH - FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - LONGTERM

Are you a creative, reliable Instagram expert who knows how to grow accounts strategically—not just post content? If you love spotting trends early, crafting engaging Reels, and building organic audiences, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on Instagram’s latest trends, formats, and viral content
• Create compelling Reels and posts tailored to our target audience
• Develop and implement effective content strategies
• Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and interactive stories
• Track performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics

What We Offer
• 100% remote work

Compensation & Growth

• $2.50/hour (first 3 months)
• $3.00/hour (after 3 months)
• $3.00+/hour (after 6 months)

Performance Bonuses

• An extra $5–$10 per day may be awarded after 3–4 weeks based on your performance.
• All pay increases are performance-based.
