We are a growing Digital Marketing Agency looking for a ClickUp Guru to transform our workspace into a high-performance engine. Currently, our setup needs a complete overhaul to better serve our internal departments and streamline our client lifecycle.
The ideal candidate doesn't just know how to use ClickUp; they know how to build scalable systems, automate repetitive tasks, and integrate financial workflows.
Your Mission:
Audit & Reorganize: Review our current Hierarchy (Spaces, Folders, Lists) and restructure it for maximum clarity across departments (SEO, Ads, Creative, Content).
CRM Integration: Build out a robust Sales CRM within ClickUp to track leads, deal stages, and follow-ups.
Financial Workflow: Set up a system for tracking invoices and payments directly tied to client projects.
Automation Mastery: Implement ClickUp Automations and/or
Dashboard Creation: Build Executive and Departmental Dashboards so we can see agency health (KPIs, workloads, and deadlines) at a glance.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Document the new system so our team can easily adopt and maintain it.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: You have built complex ClickUp environments specifically for Agencies.
CRM Knowledge: Deep understanding of how to manage a sales pipeline within a project management tool.
Attention to Detail: You believe that if it isn't in ClickUp, it didn't happen.
Communication: Ability to explain complex workflows in simple terms.
