We are seeking a SaaS Implementation Specialist to act as our dedicated systems implementation and enablement lead. This is not general IT support. It is a hands on, execution focused specialist role responsible for engineering, configuring, implementing, documenting, and training staff on SaaS platforms across the organization.
This role ensures systems are properly designed, integrated, adopted, and supported not just turned on. Success is measured by stable implementations, strong staff adoption, and systems that reflect real operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Migration from Jotform?based tracking to SOS Inventory
- Integration with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Shopify
- Design of intake, routing, prioritization, and resolution workflows
- Assist evaluation and rollout of staff scheduling and client appointment applications
- Optimization of Teams, SharePoint, permissions, automation, and documentation
- Support for SSO/MFA?aligned SaaS integrations
- Ongoing Systems Support & Improvement
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience implementing or administering SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of business systems, workflows, and integrations
- Demonstrated experience with: Inventory, ticketing, scheduling, or operations systems, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, permissions, user management)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Shopify, inventory, or logistics platforms
- Familiarity with healthcare, nonprofit, or service?based operations
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong documentation and training skills
