Job Opening: Content & Creator Partnerships Specialist (Focus on Content Growth) — Location: Remote — Type: Freelance / Part-time (flexible hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Partnerships Specialist to establish and scale partnerships for our e-commerce brand.

The primary focus of this role is to:
• Generate a high volume of content for our social media channels
• Build partnerships that enable content creation through barter deals

Primary markets:

• Netherlands (main focus)
• Germany (secondary focus)

Your Responsibilities

Content-Focused Partnerships

Source and onboard:
• Creators
• Influencers
• Publishers

With the goal of:

• Producing content for our social media channels
• Securing barter deals (product in exchange for content)
• Building long-term creator relationships

Content Growth Strategy

• Develop a clear strategy to increase the volume of content
• Focus on scalable content acquisition through partnerships
• Ensure a consistent flow of new creatives for social media

Market Focus

• Prioritize Dutch-speaking creators and content
• Expand into German-speaking creators and markets

Performance & Reporting (Bi-weekly)

Deliver a report every two weeks including:
• New creators and partners onboarded
• Content produced and delivered
• Performance of content (where applicable)
• Key learnings and optimization opportunities
• Next steps and recommendations

Ownership

• Work independently
• Set your own working hours
• Focus on delivering measurable results

Compensation

• Hourly rate aligned with experience
