We are a US-based real estate investment and advisory firm (Seven Peak Capital) looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Executive Virtual Assistant to support the founder across multiple business lines: a private credit fund, a 1-on-1 real estate consulting practice for high-income professionals, a podcast, and a rental property portfolio.
This is NOT a basic admin role. You will work at the intersection of technology, marketing, operations, and investor relations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Website Design & Development
- Maintain and improve our WordPress website (dark luxury editorial aesthetic)
- Build and update landing pages for fund offerings, consulting services, and lead capture
- Implement responsive design, parallax sections, clean UX
- Integrate GoHighLevel (GHL) forms, booking calendars, and CRM embeds
- Optimize for SEO, page speed, and mobile
CRM & Automation (GoHighLevel)
- Build and manage
- Maintain CRM data hygiene — contact tagging, segmentation, deal tracking
- Set up Zapier/Make integrations between tools (GHL, Calendly, Google Workspace)
AI-Assisted Workflows
- Work alongside the founder using Claude (Anthropic AI) as a coding and operations co-pilot
- Execute on AI-generated outputs — implement code snippets, format documents, build automations
- Use AI tools to draft
- Implement Claude-generated website code, HTML
Prospecting & Outreach
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Execute LinkedIn connection request campaigns with personalized messaging
- Manage outbound
- Track and update pipeline — lead status, follow-ups, meeting scheduling
- Support podcast guest outreach and booking
General Executive Assistance
- Calendar management, inbox triage, scheduling across time zones
- Organize digital filing systems (Google Drive)
- Prepare meeting agendas, call notes, and follow-up items
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- WordPress, basic HTML/CSS/JS, landing page builders
- GoHighLevel or similar CRM (HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for content and coding assistance
- Canva or Figma for marketing materials and social graphics
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
- Excellent written English — able to draft investor-grade
- Google Workspace proficiency
- Basic video editing for podcast clips (CapCut, Descript, or similar)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Real estate investing knowledge (multifamily, syndication, private credit)
- Experience supporting a founder or executive in a fast-paced environment
- React or JavaScript knowledge
- Podcast production experience
This is a high-trust, high-impact role with direct access to the founder. There is a clear growth path to Chief of Staff or Operations Manager as the business scales.
