JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: GTM Engineer / CRM Builder (Remote – Full Time)

Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled and systems-driven GTM Engineer / CRM Builder to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves building scalable outbound and CRM systems from scratch, optimizing workflows, and continuously improving performance through automation.

You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and managing our go-to-market infrastructure — including CRM setup, outbound automation, and data flows. We value people who think in systems, not just tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage CRM systems (primarily Attio, but open to alternatives)
- Design and implement outbound systems across email and LinkedIn
- Set up and optimize tools like Bitscale, Aimfox, Smartlead, and similar platforms
- Automate workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, outreach, and follow-ups
- Maintain and improve data quality, segmentation, and reporting
- Continuously test and optimize outbound campaigns for performance
- Troubleshoot system issues and improve efficiency across the stack
- Document systems and processes for scalability

Requirements
- Proven experience building and managing CRM systems (Attio experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of outbound systems (cold email + LinkedIn automation)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Smartlead, Bitscale, Aimfox, or similar
- Ability to design end-to-end GTM systems (lead sourcing ? outreach ? tracking)
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and systems thinking mindset
- Detail-oriented with a focus on clean, scalable builds

- Experience with data enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Clearbit, Clay)
- Familiarity with deliverability best practices
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and GTM strategy
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
