About us
We are an AI-powered lead generation and outreach service. We build and run cold outbound campaigns for B2B companies, primarily recruitment and staffing agencies. We handle everything from lead sourcing to messaging to campaign execution. The systems are built, the clients are signed, and we need someone to operate the machine.
The role
You will be the person who takes approved campaign configurations and makes them real. That means building Clay tables, setting up campaigns in HeyReach and Instantly, loading sequences, managing LinkedIn automation, monitoring deliverability, and making sure every campaign runs smoothly across multiple clients simultaneously.
You are not doing strategy. You are not doing sales. You are executing campaigns that have already been planned and approved, following documented SOPs. You will manage 5-10+ campaigns across multiple clients at any given time.
What you will do
Build and manage Clay tables for lead enrichment, filtering, and data cleanup
Set up and monitor
Set up and monitor LinkedIn automation campaigns in HeyReach
Load approved messaging sequences into the correct tools with the correct configurations
Follow SOPs precisely for each sourcing module (Sales Navigator scraping, Bright Data job scraping, CSV imports, webhook integrations, deep research workflows)
Monitor campaign performance daily (deliverability, reply rates, bounce rates)
Flag issues before they become problems (domain health, sequence errors, data quality)
Manage DNC lists and ensure contacts are properly excluded
Route replies to the correct client contacts based on campaign identity
Handle the CC handoff process for referral campaigns
Run Supabase dedup checks before launching campaigns
Maintain clean records of what is running, for which client, and the status of each campaign
What you need
Experience with Clay (building tables, using integrations, enrichment workflows, AI columns). This is non-negotiable. If you have not used Clay before, do not apply.
Experience with at least one cold
Experience with LinkedIn automation tools (HeyReach, Expandi, Dripify, or similar)
Understanding of cold
Comfort working with AI tools and prompts (you will use AI-generated content and need to QA it, not just copy-paste blindly)
Strong attention to detail. You are managing multiple campaigns across multiple clients. One wrong sequence loaded into the wrong campaign means a client's prospects get the wrong message. This cannot happen.
Ability to follow SOPs exactly as written while flagging when something does not make sense
Basic understanding of webhooks, CSV data handling, and how tools connect to each other
Reliable internet and availability during US business hours (you will overlap with US-based clients)
Nice to have
Experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier for workflow automation
Experience with Supabase or any database tool
Experience with Bright Data or web scraping tools
Experience with Sales Navigator
Familiarity with the recruitment/staffing industry
Experience managing campaigns for an agency (multiple clients simultaneously)
How you will be evaluated
Can you set up a Clay table from a documented SOP without hand-holding?
Can you manage 5+ campaigns across 3+ clients without dropping balls?
Do you catch errors before they go live?
Do you flag issues proactively or wait until something breaks?
Can you context-switch between clients without mixing up configurations?
