Your Responsibilities
Leads & Admin
Follow up with leads (buyers/sellers)
Manage CRM and pipelines
Handle scheduling and coordination
Listings
Upload and manage property listings
Coordinate appointments
Assist transactions (listing to closing)
Marketing
Social media posting
Assist or run ads (Facebook / TikTok / PPC)

Email campaigns
Systems
Improve SOPs
Suggest better workflows
Help us scale efficiently

Salary & Growth
Base: $600 – $1000 SGD/month (top performers earn up to $3000 SGD/month)
Guaranteed 3–5% annual increment
Uncapped incentives per deal closed
Bonuses and milestone rewards
Travel incentives (top performers)

7 days/week availability
8–12 hours/day (flexible and remote)
