Cold Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote From Home
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time)

Niyyah Edge is an Outbound AI Agency that works with startups to big clients across cold email to cold calling and the full outbound cycle of a campaign. Aim is to book B2B meetings for our clients every week. ----------

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Cold Email Marketing Specialist to manage, execute, and scale outbound email campaigns. You will be responsible for handling campaigns across multiple clients, including internal campaigns for Niyyah Edge, ensuring high deliverability, strong engagement, and consistent pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, and manage cold email campaigns for client accounts and internal campaigns (including Niyyah Edge)
* Set up and manage outreach tools such as **Instantly** and **Apollo**
* Perform domain and inbox warm-up processes to ensure high deliverability
* Handle full campaign lifecycle: from strategy and copywriting to execution and optimisation
* Write and optimise high-converting cold email copy and sequences
* Monitor campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and iterate accordingly
* Manage inboxes and reply handling to maximise positive response rates
* Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and targeting
* Scale successful campaigns while maintaining deliverability and performance
* Maintain clean and organised lead data and outreach systems

Requirements

* Proven experience in cold email marketing and outbound lead generation
* Strong hands-on experience with **Instantly** and **Apollo**
* Solid understanding of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-ups, etc.)
* Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Strong copywriting skills for cold outreach
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance
* High attention to detail and organisation
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

* Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management workflows
* Experience scaling outbound campaigns across multiple domains/inboxes
