ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Sales & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help us manage leads, follow-ups, and marketing execution.

This is a SALES-FIRST role.

Your main goal is:

Generate leads

Follow up consistently

Convert leads into booked jobs

This is not a passive admin position.
This is a results-driven role with direct impact on revenue.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead Generation & Outreach (Core Responsibility)

Run SMS and email outreach campaigns (GoHighLevel)

Upload and manage lead lists (DealMachine, Yelp, Google, etc.)

Follow up with leads daily

Keep pipeline active and moving

Sales Calls & Follow-Ups (Very Important)

Make outbound calls to qualify leads

Follow up after estimates are sent

Re-activate old leads

Handle basic objections and move deals forward

Your goal: turn leads into appointments and jobs

CRM Management (GoHighLevel)

Update lead status, tags, and notes

Keep pipelines clean and organized

Ensure no lead is left without follow-up

Every lead must be tracked and followed until closed

Customer Support

Respond to inbound SMS, calls, and emails

Answer basic questions

Book appointments

Maintain fast and professional communication

Marketing Support (Execution Level)

Support Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

Upload creatives and update copy

Monitor basic performance (leads, CPL, responses)

Ensure all leads are captured in the CRM

Social Media & Content Support (Basic)

Schedule posts

Edit short videos (Reels, Shorts)

Write captions using provided guidelines

Reply to comments and messages

Phone or dialing tools

Canva or CapCut

Meta Ads Manager

Google Ads

Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile

REQUIREMENTS

Experience as a Sales VA, Cold Caller, or Lead Generation VA

Comfortable making outbound calls daily

Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)

Basic experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads

Basic content editing skills (Canva or CapCut)

Strong English communication skills

Organized, proactive, and results-driven

KPIs (WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE)

Fast response time to leads

100 percent follow-up completion

High number of leads contacted daily

Consistent appointment booking

Leads moving through pipeline

Improvement in closing rate over time

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

$3.00 to $4.00 USD per hour

Performance bonuses based on:

Appointments booked

Deals closed

Leads recovered

WORK SCHEDULE

Remote

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Must overlap with US Eastern Time
