We're BrightKidCo, a fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand in the US market. We're scaling our Meta ad campaigns (Feed + Reels) and need a reliable video editor who understands one thing: the ad has to convert — not just look good.
What you'll be editing:
– 60–150 second direct response video ads
– AI voiceover with B-roll and UGC-style reaction overlays
– Multiple hook variations per script
– Captions/subtitles on every ad
We provide full scripts, detailed creative briefs, and reference ads. Your job is to follow direction closely and deliver fast, punchy edits that sell.
What we need from you:
– Proven DTC / ecommerce ad editing experience (non-negotiable)
– Good English communication
– Reliable 24–48h turnaround per ad
– Available for ongoing, long-term work
How we hire:
We'll review your portfolio first. If it's a fit, we'll send you a paid test — a real script with a detailed brief and reference ad. We want to see how well you execute against clear direction.
