JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for reliable, detail oriented Virtual Assistants to support an Australia based coordination team.

This is a structured administrative role where you will follow clear processes and templates to complete tasks.

You do NOT need prior experience in our industry — we will train you.

We are building a long term team and looking for people who want stable, ongoing work.

What You Will Be Doing

You will assist with structured administrative and coordination support tasks such as:

-- following up providers via email
-- confirming appointments and schedules
-- checking if services have started
-- requesting reports and documents
-- identifying missing services or issues
-- preparing simple summaries for internal review

All work is completed using company systems and templates.

Important – Role Scope

This role is strictly administrative support.

You will:

-- follow instructions and templates
-- work under supervision
-- not make decisions regarding services
-- not provide advice to clients

Data Security and Confidentiality

You will be working with sensitive information.

Requirements:

-- all work must be completed within our secure systems
-- no downloading or storing data outside approved platforms
-- strict confidentiality must be maintained at all times

Data is stored on secure Australian based systems and must only be accessed as directed.

Work Details

You will be able to start contributing within your first few days.
