Key Responsibilities
1. Support IG Manager
Assist the IG Manager in supervising operations and maintaining overall quality standards.
Provide operational support in monitoring team activities and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Coordinate with Quality Managers and relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation of quality initiatives.
2. Inspection of Quality Managers’ Performance
Monitor and evaluate the performance of Quality Managers to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational guidelines.
Provide feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance team effectiveness and quality output.
3. Poster and Deliverable Inspection
Review posters and other deliverables to ensure they meet quality, accuracy, and organizational standards.
Ensure all processes are compliant with internal guidelines
4. Performance Monitoring
Inspect and analyze overall operational performance to ensure efficiency and quality compliance.
Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
5. Reporting and Documentation
Prepare and maintain regular reports on quality performance, inspections, and operational outcomes.
Present findings and insights to the IG Manager to support decision-making.
6. Development of Basic SOPs
Create and maintain basic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for QA processes and operational workflows.
Ensure SOPs are clear, updated, and effectively implemented across the team.
7. Management of Daily Process Flow and Deliverables
Oversee daily workflow to ensure processes run efficiently and deliverables are completed on time.
Monitor task progress and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve delays or operational issues.
Ensure all deliverables meet established quality and timeline requirements.
