JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Unity Developer (3D) to join our team at Growth Chain and help build a large-scale mobile game.

The project is a 3D idle / progression-based mobile game inspired by top-performing titles in the genre, with a strong focus on engaging gameplay loops, smooth progression systems, and mobile optimization.

You will play a key role in building the core systems of the game and working closely with a small, driven team to bring the project to life.

????Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain core gameplay systems in Unity (3D)
-Implement mechanics similar to idle / progression-based games
-Optimize performance for mobile devices (iOS & Android)
-Collaborate with designers and artists to implement assets and features
-Debug, test, and improve overall game stability

????? Requirements:
-5+ years of experience with Unity (3D development)
-Strong understanding of low-poly workflows
-Experience building mobile games (iOS/Android)
-Solid knowledge of C#
-Experience implementing gameplay systems (movement, progression, UI, etc.)
-Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
-Good English communication skills
-Strong sense of aesthetics and animation
-Experience with Blender and Photoshop is a plus
-You should have some sort of Mac, if you don't let us know

????Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $6.25/hour (~$1,000/month). Prove yourself and your skills.
Post-Launch Pay: $8.25/hour (immediate increase after game release)($1320/month)
Monthly Raises: +$0.25/hour every month (uncapped growth)
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
Paid Sick Leave: After 6 months
Health Insurance: After 6 months
Revenue Share Opportunity: Potential to earn from future games
