JOB OVERVIEW

I’m launching an online mentorship program and looking for a Course Builder who can help organize and structure the course content.

I have the knowledge and will be recording all of the lessons myself, but I’m looking for someone who can help organize my ideas into a clear course structure, assist with curriculum organization, and build the course inside the platform.

This role will involve both curriculum organization and technical course setup.

**Responsibilities**

Curriculum Organization

* Help organize my knowledge into clear modules and lessons
* Assist with structuring a 6-week mentorship program
* Help turn rough notes or ideas into lesson outlines
* Suggest a logical learning flow for students

Course Setup

* Build the course structure inside the course platform
* Upload and organize lesson videos
* Add worksheets and resources
* Format lessons so they are easy to follow

Student Experience

* Ensure the course is structured clearly
* Create welcome sections and onboarding
* Test the student experience before launch

**Tools You May Work With**

* Online course platforms (Kajabi, Skool, Teachable, or similar)
* Google Docs / Google Drive
* Canva (for worksheets or simple downloads)

**Project Scope**

Course setup and curriculum organization for a mentorship program launching later this year.

Estimated project: **20–40 hours**

**Ideal Candidate**

* Experience building online courses
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to help structure educational content
* Familiar with course platforms
* Comfortable collaborating to organize ideas

**Bonus Experience**

* Experience helping coaches or creators build courses
* Instructional design or curriculum planning experience
* Experience structuring mentorship programs
