JOB OVERVIEW

We're Leverage Live Local, the #1 affordable housing tax exemption service provider in Florida. The data you touch will support millions of dollars in annual tax savings for property owners while keeping affordable housing projects financially viable.

Our work is only as good as our data. Every error costs clients money and costs us credibility. If you're the kind of person who can't stand messy spreadsheets, keep reading.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We're hiring a detail-obsessed Operations Assistant to own data quality across our growing portfolio of 70+ properties.

You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing spreadsheets and property data for accuracy and completeness
- Organizing rent rolls and tenant records in Excel / Google Sheets
- Identifying missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data and flagging or fixing it
- Cleaning, formatting, and standardizing data for reports and analysis
- Cross-checking information across multiple files to maintain consistency
- Maintaining organized tracking sheets for ongoing compliance projects
- Supporting admin tasks (drafting clear emails, organizing documents, light project coordination)

Success in this role means: clean, reliable data delivered on time, every time.

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF:
- Excel/Sheets is second nature (VLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, filters, conditional formatting)
- You've done real data cleaning / reconciliation work, not just simple copy-paste
- You naturally spot errors and patterns others miss
- Your written and spoken English are strong and clear
- You can follow structured processes and SOPs without constant supervision
- You already use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to work faster and smarter
- You're comfortable working with confidential financial and tenant data
- You're available full-time during US Central or Eastern Time hours (Mon-Fri)

Bonus (not required):
- Experience with real estate, property management, or affordable housing data
- Experience working long-term with US-based clients

WHY JOIN LEVERAGE LIVE LOCAL:
- Fully remote, full-time position with a stable, fast-growing US company
- Meaningful mission: we help keep affordable housing projects financially viable
- Direct impact: the data you manage supports millions in property tax savings each year
- Clear structure, documented processes, and room to grow into more responsibility

Compensation: $8-$12/hour USD, full time (40 hours/week), depending on experience and skills.

HOW TO APPLY (READ CAREFULLY)
We only review applications that follow all instructions below. This is intentional - it's the first test of your attention to detail.

In your application message, answer these 3 questions in order:
1. Describe your Excel experience in 4-6 sentences. Be specific about functions and features you actually use.
2. Describe a time you found an error in data that others missed. What was the impact?
3. What is your internet speed and computer specs? Include a link to a recent speedtest.net result.

Also attach or link: your CV/resume (PDF preferred) and one sample spreadsheet you created or cleaned (hide any sensitive info).

Applications that do not follow these steps will not be reviewed.

This role is for someone who takes pride in getting things right. If you're meticulous, fast, and serious about your work - we'd love to hear from you.
