Position Overview
We are seeking a Process Improvement & Quality Specialist to support discrete, project based work focused on documenting, standardizing, and improving organizational processes. This is a hands?on, execution focused role suited to an experienced virtual specialist who can independently take assigned process improvement or quality tasks from start to finish.
The Specialist will be responsible for producing clear, usable, and audit ready outputs, including process maps, SOPs, quality documentation, and improvement artifacts. This role does not involve people management or strategy development. Success is measured by high quality deliverables and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process maps, workflows, swimlane diagrams, and decision trees
- Create, update, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support CQI initiatives
- Assist with QA activities
- Support process-level performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in process improvement, quality, or operations support
- Proven ability on CQI, QA, lean, process mapping and SOP Development
- Strong written documentation skills
- Attention to detail, clarity and usability
- Experience working remotely as a virtual assistant or specialist
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables
- Evidence of measurable improvement outcomes

4. Tools You Use to Demonstrate Excellence – outline the tools you regularly use for process mapping, SOP creation and version control, quality or audit support, performance or KPI tracking, and virtual collaboration, including how you have used each tool to deliver results.
5. Availability & Remote Setup – confirm your current availability (full?time or part?time), time zone and preferred working hours, and that you have a reliable remote work setup (internet, workspace, and headset).
