JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are a U.S.-based AI automation agency helping local businesses capture missed calls and turn them into booked appointments automatically.

We are hiring a results-driven cold caller / appointment setter whose ONLY job is to generate booked appointments.

If you are not comfortable calling businesses daily and handling rejection, do NOT apply.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $400/month
$10–$30 per booked appointment
$50–$200 per closed deal

Top performers can earn significantly more. This is a performance-based role.

Your Role (What You Will Actually Do):

Call U.S. local businesses (leads provided daily)
Speak directly with business owners or decision-makers
Follow a script while sounding natural and confident
Handle objections and keep conversations moving
Book qualified appointments on our calendar
Log all activity in CRM after each call

Daily Expectations:

50–100+ outbound calls per day
Consistent follow-ups with leads
Minimum: 1 booked appointment per week
Target: 3–5+ booked appointments per week

Failure to meet minimum performance will result in replacement.

Required Skills (Do NOT apply if you don’t meet these):

Fluent, clear English with strong speaking ability
Proven cold calling or appointment setting experience
Confident handling objections (not afraid of rejection)
High energy and ability to control conversations
Reliable internet + quiet working environment
Ability to work consistently and hit daily targets

Preferred (Strong Advantage):

Experience calling U.S. businesses
Sales or closing experience
Experience in home services, med spas, or local businesses

How to Apply (MANDATORY – Applications without this will be ignored):

Send a 30–60 second voice recording introducing yourself
Answer: How many calls per day have you handled before?
Record yourself reading this script:

“Hi, is this the owner?
Quick question — are you currently handling missed calls and bookings manually, or do you have a system in place for that?”

Record yourself responding to this objection:

“We’re not interested.”

Important:
This is a performance role, not a passive job.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow, earn more through commissions, and stay long-term.

If you can consistently produce results, there is opportunity for higher pay and leadership roles.

Apply only if you are confident on the phone and ready to perform.
