Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled video editor to produce high-engagement AI animated reels and shorts in the style ---------- content. Their videos feature a friendly robot character (like "Ayubot") that simplifies skincare science through vibrant visuals, showing how ingredients interact with skin layers. These clips are cute, informative, and highly shareable, often going viral due to their relatable animations, quick pacing, and easy-to-understand breakdowns.
Your role will involve figuring out and mastering techniques to create similar videos—think layer-by-layer ingredient visuals, motion graphics, text overlays, and upbeat music that keeps viewers hooked.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, generate and edit short-form AI Animated videos (15-60 seconds) that explain skincare concepts using animations, visual effects, and illustrative graphics including:

Edit weekly short-form content that matches brief and style guidelines
Add captions + text animations that increase retention
Choose music, sound effects, and mix audio for impact
Maintain brand aesthetic while staying trend-forward
Deliver final vertical files + source project files
Implement feedback quickly and iterate
Optimize for virality. Analyze trends, add trending audio, and test for engagement metrics like shares and saves.
Experiment with tools to reverse-engineer popular techniques from reference videos.

Requirements:
Proven experience editing viral short-form content, ideally in beauty, skincare, or educational niches (portfolio required—show us reels that "go nuts" ---------- with free tools like CapCut for quick prototypes, but pro-level software preferred.
Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok algorithms, trending music, and what makes content shareable (e.g., cute visuals, humor, relatability).
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and iterate based on feedback.
Bonus: Skills in sound design, color grading, or AI tools for generating assets.
