Who we are

PatientEngines is a full funnel growth and patient acquisition agency for cash pay medical practices: medspas, weight loss and peptide clinics, telehealth, functional medicine, and dental. ProfitEngines brings the same growth engine to businesses outside healthcare.

Our founder previously built, scaled, and sold an Inc. 5000 healthcare marketing agency. We've done 200+ GoHighLevel CRM builds and run paid media, AI voice and chat, a call center that books appointments, content systems, and website builds for our clients. We're direct response people. Outcomes first, no filler.

The role

You are the person our clients talk to when they need answers. You run productive sessions with practice owners, unbundle what's actually going wrong, and fix it. Sometimes that means strategy. Sometimes that means rolling up your sleeves inside a CRM or an ad account while the client is still on the call.

This is part account manager, part operator, part strategist. You'll take some heat from clients at times. You stay calm, think on your feet, and turn a frustrated call into a clear plan.

What you'll do

Own client relationships and lead strategy and troubleshooting sessions
Diagnose problems across the funnel: ads, landing pages, CRM automations, follow up, and booking
Work hands on in GoHighLevel to fix workflows, pipelines, and integrations
Review and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns with our media team
Build fast, conversion focused websites and landing pages using AI tools
Coordinate onboarding, offer strategy, and deliverables with our internal team and call center
Keep clients informed, accountable, and focused on results

What you bring

Real experience with GoHighLevel (or a similar CRM) and pay per click advertising
Strong communication skills with business owners, including tough conversations
The ability to think strategically and solve problems in real time
Comfort using AI tools to build and ship quickly
Experience in healthcare, medspa, or agency environments is a big plus

Compensation and growth

Base pay based on experience plus a bonus tied to company performance. We are building toward seven figures and a profit share model for our core team. If you grow with us, your earnings grow with us over the next 6 to 12 months.
