**About RM Tires:**

RM Tires is a growing U.S.-based tire shop focused on scaling customer acquisition through digital marketing. Our goal is to build a consistent, predictable, and scalable advertising system that generates leads, phone calls, and in-store sales.

We are not looking for someone to “run ads.” We are looking for someone who can drive results.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a performance-driven Ads Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Facebook and Google. This role requires someone who understands how to turn ad spend into measurable results.

You will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting. You should be comfortable analyzing data, identifying problems, and making decisions that improve performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, and Local campaigns)
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and messaging
- Set up and manage tracking (Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, etc.)
- Analyze campaign data and provide clear reports and actionable insights
- Collaborate with the team on ad creatives and overall strategy
- Continuously test, learn, and scale what works

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions)
- Experience optimizing and scaling campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working with local businesses or automotive-related industries
- Familiarity with lead generation campaigns (calls, messages, form submissions)
- Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization
- Ability to suggest improvements for ad creatives and messaging
